MicroSourcing Cebu City is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our onsite team on rotating shifts. You will respond to inquiries, process requests, and keep accurate data, following standard operating procedures to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining high service standards.
