Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila region is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our onsite team in Parañaque. The role focuses on answering questions, handling products and services inquiries, and delivering technical support with a customer-first approach.

You will resolve issues using company systems, perform administrative tasks, manage data entry for new accounts and service requests, and monitor performance metrics such as CSAT and response times. Flexibility for shifting schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Clear and articulate verbal and written English.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
• Resides within 60–90 minutes of the work location.
• Willing to work shifting schedules as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions and inquiries via phone and email regarding products, services, and technical support.
• Resolve customer issues by utilizing company systems and identifying ways to improve the overall user experience.
• Execute transactional tasks including administrative work, inbound call handling, and outbound follow-ups.
• Manage data entry processes for new accounts, site setups, and various service requests.
• Achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), efficiency targets, and resolution goals.
• Escalate complex issues and inquiries to the Team Leader to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
