Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing CRM.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Handle omnichannel customer inquiries by phone and email with high-quality service.
Record and track customer complaints and follow-ups in Zendesk per policy.
Collaborate with internal teams, stores, and fulfillment centers to resolve issues.
Provide clear information on product lines, pricing, delivery schedules and promotions.
Maintain team queues and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
