Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in customer insights, market research, BI, or related analytics.
• Proven track record leading complex quantitative and qualitative studies from design to delivery.
• Ability to turn large datasets into high-impact business insights.
• Experience with social listening, MMM, and customer analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research projects from problem definition to stakeholder presentation.
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses across multiple intelligence sources to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Synthesize findings to uncover customer needs and revenue drivers.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to align teams.
• Own research rigor, accuracy, and project delivery.
