Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience or knowledge of quantitative research and research methodology.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and apply AI tools in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support customer feedback programmes (NPS tracking) and ongoing research initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and execution of research projects including questionnaire development, survey scripting, analysis and reporting.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations, tracking prior actions.
• Assist in regular reporting (dashboards, quarterly updates) to track business performance.
• Support one-off and annual research studies to deepen customer and market understanding.
• Contribute to process improvements, including automation of workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Provide regular project progress updates to senior colleagues.
