The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or with 1 year of data analytics experience, with coding skills and a problem-solving mindset; PowerBI proficiency is a plus, enabling rapid reporting and insights across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large CRM datasets to identify customer behaviors and revenue opportunities.
• Support data-driven campaign strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to track performance and attribution.
• Perform customer segmentation and predictive modeling for targeted communications.
• Audit, clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data to ensure data quality.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize journeys.
