Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a CRM Analyst III in Taguig to lead data-driven CRM initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and maximize revenue through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to design targeted campaigns, monitor performance with dynamic dashboards, and mentor junior staff while upholding data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in analytical environment.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Analytical mind, well organized, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-informed decision-making to optimize CRM strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams on data-driven campaigns.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for campaign performance and revenue attribution.
• Perform customer segmentation and predictive modeling for targeted communications.
• Audit, clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data to ensure quality outputs.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize customer journeys.
• Deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Work with IT and digital teams to enhance CRM capabilities and data integration.
