Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a Project Administrator for end-to-end support on Australian construction and interiors projects. This full-time, remote role is for Philippine-based candidates with a proper PH employment setup.

You will manage tenders, budgets, documentation, and coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, requiring Australian construction experience and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination, in Australian construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, drawings, and tender processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender and estimating process from initial request to submission.
• Prepare and compile tender documentation with clients and subcontractors.
• Develop scopes of work and trade packages; request quotations from trades.
• Analyse subcontractor pricing for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Complete quantity take-offs and assist in budget preparation.
• Follow up tender submissions and respond to clarifications.
• Assist in project reporting and general admin for the Project Manager.
