Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years' experience as Contracts Administrator in construction.
• Experience on civil, rail, and/or building projects.
• Strong background in contract administration, variations and commercial management.
• Experience with Minerva, TeamBinder and Nexplore.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage post-execution contract activities, including variations and contract documentation.
• Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support project cost control, financial administration, and commercial reporting.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial and project performance reports.
• Utilize contract management and document control systems effectively.
