Job summary

RELX is seeking a compensation specialist to provide advanced administrative and analytical support, mentor reward analysts, and deliver insights guiding compensation decisions. The role covers HR data analytics, job analysis, data management, and report preparation to enable informed management decisions.

You will resolve complex queries, support annual pay reviews, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
• Compensation and Benefits Practice - Experienced - Works with full competence to develop, design and implement fit for purpose reward and recognition systems that are equitable, market based and cost effective.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures.
• Support the delivery of the annual pay and benefits review with payroll analyses and management tools.
• Assist HR data analytics and insights to identify trends and enable HR decision-making.
• Support job analysis and evaluation processes; help create job descriptions and role profiles.
• Carry out HR data processing tasks and advise colleagues on processes.
• Signal opportunities for performance improvement through changes to roles and responsibilities.
• Prepare moderately complex documents and summarize data for reports.
