Job summary

RELX is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Manila to support performance and total rewards programs, advising on design, implementation, and communications to attract and retain talent.

You will analyze data, conduct market surveys, and help shape compensation policies across the Philippines to enable business performance. A strong background in HR analytics and proficiency with Workday and PowerBI are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3–5 years’ analyst experience in HR, C&B, or finance.
• Hands-on with HR tech to manage compensation, performance, and rewards (Workday).
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; PowerBI proficiency.
• Strong data mining and analytical skills with spreadsheets.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable to changing environments.
• Quick to learn enterprise AI tools for workflow support.

Responsibilities

• Support annual performance and compensation reviews through planning, implementation and admin.
• Analyze market data, run surveys, job evaluations and benchmarking; support compliance.
• Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for accuracy.
• Assist country HR teams with data analytics for people costs and in preparing proposals.
