Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least five (5) years of sales or business development experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Experience handling clients or developing business within the commodity, automotive, agriculture, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
• Strong background in business development, client acquisition, market research, and relationship management.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and business presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across import, warehousing, inland logistics, and related logistics services.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify prospective clients, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, monitor sales activities, and achieve established sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and commercial negotiations to secure new accounts.
