Qualifications

• Proven senior support or client relations leadership experience handling enterprise accounts.
• Experience transitioning from individual contributor to mentor/manager.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and mentor junior team members on client satisfaction strategies.
• Serve as senior point of contact for complex client accounts and ensure premium service.
• Audit and refine client experience workflows to move from reactive to proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Editors, and Student Managers to align support with academic timelines.
• Establish performance standards and communication guidelines for client interactions.
• Synthesize client feedback to provide actionable insights to leadership.
