Job summary

Cardinal Education is seeking a Remote Client Success Associate to own and manage ongoing relationships with families receiving our educational services. You will serve as the operational and relational hub for each client account, from onboarding through ongoing support, ensuring every family’s experience is seamless, responsive, and high‑value.

You’ll work closely with academic coaches, billing teams, and cross‑functional leaders to deliver timely service, address concerns, and retain

Qualifications

Experience managing accounts, processes, or projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Empathetic, service‑oriented mindset with bias toward action.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for families after onboarding, managing ongoing service delivery and communication.
Conduct regular client check‑ins and provide timely, personalized support.
Track client engagement and service quality, maintain records, and recommend additional support.
Coordinate service launches and scheduling with internal teams, ensuring a smooth client experience.
Identify opportunities to improve recurring workflows and help implement process improvements.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and support client experience improvements.
