Job summary

Oracle Philippines is seeking a Senior Channel Sales Manager to expand NetSuite’s partner ecosystem. You will recruit, enable, and manage channel partners, develop joint business plans, and drive revenue growth through partner collaboration.

You will build strong executive relationships, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and enable partners with sales training and product education to maximize joint success across Direct Sales and Solution Consulting teams.

• Senior channel sales role focused on growing Oracle NetSuite’s partner ecosystem in the Philippines.
• Develop joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives with partners.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Direct Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services to maximize joint success.
• Maintain partner pipeline and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a channel strategy to drive partner-led revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage strategic channel partners in the Philippines.
• Build executive relationships with partner leadership.
• Develop joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives with partners.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to reach revenue targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure partner performance.
• Collaborate with Direct Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and CS to maximize joint success.
• Enable partners through sales training and product education.
• Support partners through sales cycle including qualification and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate partner pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities in the partner ecosystem.
