Qualifications

About the role

As a Career Support Associate, you will deliver on targets and initiatives for job seekers. You will advocate and assist job seekers by helping locate opportunities, refine and improve resumes, and facilitate logistics for interviews. You will contact job seekers and employers via phone call, email, and SMS to coordinate potential hires and opportunities. Your goal is to schedule as many interviews as possible with qualified candidates and to maximize the number of job placements within the Jobley portal.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and resumes submitted by job seekers
• Look for current openings or job postings that fit job seekers' profiles and qualifications
• Understand job seekers' strengths and opportunities and help them be better fit for jobs by recommending resume and profile improvements
• Explain employer requirements to job seekers
• Coordinate interview schedule arrangements between employers and job seekers
• Assist employers in scheduling interviews with job seekers
• Ensure competent and qualified candidates are sent to employers regularly to ensure maximum placements

About you
