Job summary

Medley, Inc is seeking a Career Support Associate for our Philippines delivery location. You will help job seekers locate opportunities, refine resumes, and coordinate interviews to maximize placements in the Jobley portal.

You will contact job seekers and employers via phone, email, and SMS to schedule interviews and drive placements, starting with US operations and expanding to multiple geographies. This role is hybrid in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice) and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.
• Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfaction.
• Excellent conversational English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and resumes submitted by job seekers.
• Look for current openings or job postings in the Jobley career pages that fit the job seekers’ profile and qualifications.
• Understand the job seekers’ strengths and opportunities and help them be better fit for the job by recommending resume and profile improvements, etc.
• Explain the requirements of the employers to job seekers
• Coordinate interview schedule arrangements between the employer and the job seekers

Medley is seeking a Career Support Associate for our newest delivery location in the Philippines. Your Role

As an Associate for Career Support, you aim to deliver on targets and initiatives for Job Seekers. In this role, you will advocate and assist job seekers by helping locate opportunities, refine/improve resumes, and facilitate logistics for interviews. You will contact job seekers and employers via phone call, email, and/or SMS to coordinate potential hires and opportunities. Your ultimate goal is to schedule as many interviews as possible with qualified candidates and to maximize the number of job placements within the Jobley portal.

More specifically, your responsibilities include the following:

• Job Seeker Support:
  Review candidate profiles and resumes submitted by job seekers
  Look for current openings or job postings in the Jobley career pages that fit the job seekers’ profile and qualifications
  Understand the job seekers’ strengths and opportunities and help them be better fit for the job by recommending resume and profile improvements, etc.
  Explain the requirements of the employers to job seekers
• Employer Support:
  Coordinate interview schedule arrangements between the employer and the job seekers
  Assist the employer (if necessary) in scheduling interviews with job seekers
  Ensure that competent and qualified candidates are sent to the employers regularly to ensure maximum placements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice) and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.
• Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfaction
• Excellent conversational English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of solid experience in US Talent Acquisition, US RPO, or US staffing agency

Salary

• PHP 30,000 - 45,000 package (based on experience and qualifications)
• OE Incentives (based on employee performance)

Location

• Philippines office : 3rd Avenue corner 28th Street, E-Square, Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City,, Taguig, 1634

PHT 0am-9am (including one hour lunch break, two 15-minute breaks)No operations on US Saturdays and Sundays.
