Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Campaign Analyst in Manila to support data-driven marketing decisions. You will collect, analyze, and report on campaign, website, and social data to identify trends and KPIs, helping optimize strategies and drive actions across teams.

You will develop dashboards, maintain reporting frameworks, and collaborate with Marketing, Digital Intelligence, and IT to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics or similar with analytics background.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, campaign analytics or digital analytics.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; familiarity with Power BI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign data into insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Intelligence, IT and other teams to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Improve data quality, governance, and campaign measurement; identify automation opportunities.
• Explore AI and emerging analytics technologies to enhance data delivery of insights.
• Communicate findings clearly and document best practices for stakeholders.
