Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong, Philippines is seeking a Campaign Analyst to turn data from campaigns, websites and social media into insights that guide marketing decisions. You will build dashboards, track KPIs, and foster data-driven decision making across Marketing, Digital Intelligence and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytics background, 5+ years in marketing analytics or BI, and excellent storytelling and communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or similar with strong analytics background.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, digital analytics, BI, or related field.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry, tracking, and analysis.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign and customer data into insights, trends, and recommendations for better decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Intelligence, IT to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Strengthen data quality, governance, and campaign measurement; find automation opportunities.
• Explore AI and emerging analytics technologies to improve insights delivery.
• Communicate findings clearly and develop documentation for stakeholders.
