Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python or R for data querying and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify problems.
• High attention to detail and execution quality.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution end to end for assigned accounts: setup, QA, launch, optimization, and pacing with full accountability.
• Proactively monitor campaign health and flag anomalies early.
• Investigate and resolve performance issues with context and recommendations.
• Execute optimizations and testing, translate results into next actions.
• Identify risks and communicate status to managers and Customer Success with updates.
• Respond to alerts promptly and participate in on-call rotations with thorough logs.
• Document tests and experiments; contribute to playbooks and tooling feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product on account needs to unblock execution.
• Mentor and support junior analysts by reviewing work and sharing best practices.
