Job summary

Relx Plc in Manila is seeking a Campaign Associate to support Campaign & Marketing Managers across regions with email campaigns, asset creation in Eloqua, and performance insights.

You will build customer journeys, activate canvases, create standard emails, perform quality checks, and prepare post-campaign reports, collaborating with teams to optimize lifecycle emails, manage calendars, and meet targets through best practices and agile improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in digital and campaign management (1–2 years).
• HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Create email customer journeys and manage end-to-end email campaign support.
• Build and ensure timely activation of canvases based on customer lifecycles.
• Create standard emails using prescribed templates and content provided by the marketing teams.
• Perform internal testing and quality checks to ensure assets follow guidelines.
• Create and present post-campaign reports with insights/recommendations.
• Manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance with turnaround times.
• Contribute to process mapping and knowledge-sharing sessions.
