Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business analysis or CRM, with experience across Salesforce, Oracle CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, or process improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Champion CRM process improvements and best practices across the MEA region.
• Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement.
• Improve customer and account data quality through strong data governance practices.
• Enhance digital customer experiences through platforms such as MyEmerson.
• Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights that support business decisions.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.
