Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to turn marketing and digital data into actionable insights that drive growth, engagement, and ROI. You will partner with Marketing, Digital, and Operations to measure campaigns, optimize spend, and deliver dashboards that clearly show what works and why.

The ideal candidate bridges technical analysis and strategy, linking web traffic, CRM, and campaign data to business outcomes, and presenting findings to inform key decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, BI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing.
• Power BI proficiency required; Google Analytics and HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Experience with SQL and Excel required; familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and BI to ensure clean, unified marketing data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance across the funnel.
• Evaluate program effectiveness across email, paid media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Synthesize insights into presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain data governance and reproducibility in analyses and dashboards.
