Qualifications

• At least 4 years of total BPO experience with 2 years as a trainer.
• Preferably with financial account training experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: identify training needs accurately and follow up on the floor.
• Curriculum and Course Design: end-to-end course design understanding.
• Content Development: develop content using proper methodology.
• Course Delivery: employ effective training techniques.
• Research Methodology: basic knowledge to conduct ethical research.
• Partnering: collaborate with functions and client teams cross-culturally.
• People Management: lead cross-cultural teams and manage conflicts.
• Planning and Admin: schedule trainings and manage reports and facilities.
