Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Call Center Trainer to join our Clark-based team in Pampanga. The role focuses on delivering effective training programs, elevating learner performance, and aligning content with business goals.

The ideal candidate has robust BPO training experience, strong soft skills coaching, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives onsite in shifts at the Clark facility. We offer bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of training experience focused on soft skills and customer service
• At least 4 years of overall BPO experience
• A minimum of 2 years as a trainer in a BPO or shared services environment
• Preferred: 2 years of experience training in financial accounts
• Must be willing to work onsite and adhere to shifting schedules (Clark-based)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
