Job summary

Metacom is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition across our BPO recruitment services. The role focuses on high-volume BPO and healthcare/hospitality staffing accounts, with a target to close six- and seven-figure contracts.

You'll own end-to-end sales, from pipeline building to contract signature, and later expand key accounts while feeding market intelligence to leadership. A hunter mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 in recruitment, staffing, RPO, or BPO services.
• Track record of closing six- and seven-figure annual recruitment or staffing contracts.
• Comfort selling to HR Directors, COOs, and CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
• Run discovery calls, scope hiring needs, design fee structures, and negotiate MSAs and SOWs through to signature.
• Expand accounts and grow share after live delivery.
• Provide market intelligence to inform pricing and hiring trends.
