Metacom is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philippines to drive client acquisition for high-volume BPO, healthcare, and travel staffing accounts. This hunter role rewards signed contracts and account growth, with marketing and a delivery team backing your efforts.

You will own pipeline development, run discovery calls, craft fee structures, and negotiate MSAs and SOWs to signature while expanding relationships with existing clients.

Competenze

• 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 in recruitment, staffing, RPO, or BPO services.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure annual contracts.
• Experience in core practice areas: BPO contact center operations, healthcare hiring, or travel/hospitality staffing.
• Comfort selling to HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, COOs, and CEOs.
• Discipline to run a real pipeline CRM hygiene, weekly forecasting, honest follow-through.

• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, conferences, and inbound leads; marketing supports with collateral and qualified inquiries.
• Run discovery calls, scope hiring needs, design fee structures, and negotiate MSAs and SOWs through to signature.
• Close new accounts and expand live clients with the delivery team and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide market intelligence feedback to the CEO and operations leadership.
