Job summary

Metacom Careers in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales/BD specialist to identify and secure new clients for the company, lead meetings, and close deals. You will drive lead generation through outbound activities and referrals while tailoring proposals to client needs.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, and you must be willing to visit clients in Metro Manila at least twice per month as part of relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers preferred.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to visit clients in Metro Manila at least twice per month.
