Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years' industry-related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and merchants.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure timely execution of BD initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and support BD team members in achieving individual and group objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of BD reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer.
