OwnBank in the Philippines seeks a seasoned professional to drive enterprise lending and deposit growth. You will identify loan opportunities, tailor structures to client needs, and promote non-credit products to build a robust business portfolio.

You will lead cross-selling across customer life cycles, manage credit risk as the first line of defense, and help establish OwnBank’s brand within the local business community.

Qualificações

• 3–10+ years of banking experience serving commercial clients.
• Strong learning ability, curiosity and research mindset toward emerging industries.
• Proven experience in business development and relationship management and sales.
• Solid credit management foundation and financial modeling skills; able to judge in volatile environments.
• Having a portfolio is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsabilidades

• Independently expand lending and deposits portfolio of enterprises and promote non-credit products.
• Identify new loan business and structure loans based on industry and customer understanding.
• Cross-sell based on customer development stages and maximize product share.
• Manage credit risk as the first line of defense from client onboarding to post-loan management.
• Build a personal professional network in specific industries and promote OwnBank brand locally.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to expand the network and achieve goals.
