Job summary

ACCIONA Construction is seeking an experienced Building General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project in the Philippines. You will oversee daily on-site building works, coordinate foremen, subcontractors, and trades, and ensure outputs meet drawings, specs, and schedules.

With 10-15 years of hands-on building experience, you will lead multi-trade activities, manage interfaces with MEP, and drive quality, safety, and timely completion in a major infrastructure setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of proven building construction experience on large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience as Building General Foreman or equivalent senior site role.
• Hands-on knowledge of masonry, plastering, screeding, flooring, tiling, ceilings, finishes.
• Strong knowledge of coordinating electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors concurrently.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Experience in railway or large infrastructure buildings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and supervise daily building works on site.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, labour, and subcontractors across trades.
• Supervise masonry, plastering, tiling, ceilings, finishes and closures.
• Coordinate building activities with MEP works.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs and construction procedures.
• Monitor progress, productivity and site safety.
• Support planning and achieve production milestones.
