Job summary

ACCIONA Construction seeks an experienced Civil Works General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project in the Philippines. You will supervise earthworks, drainage, foundations, reinforced concrete and bridges across multiple fronts, coordinating subcontractors and heavy equipment to meet schedule, cost and safety targets.

You should have a strong hands-on background, excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, and the ability to work on a large-scale infrastructure site with

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in civil construction on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, site supervision and coordination across multiple fronts.
• Extensive experience in earthworks, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete.
• Ability to read civil/structural drawings and manage heavy machinery on site.
• Proven track record of delivering safety, quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and supervise daily civil works across multiple fronts.
• Lead foremen, subcontractors and equipment operators to meet production targets.
• Oversee earthworks, drainage, foundations, piles and reinforced concrete activities.
• Coordinate temporary works, shoring, formwork and construction sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, method statements and QA/QC requirements.
• Monitor productivity, equipment utilization and on-site safety.
