Job summary

ACCIONA Construction Philippines seeks an experienced Civil Works General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project. The role requires organizing and supervising multiple civil fronts, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality and production targets are achieved on site.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years in major infrastructure with earthworks, drainage and reinforced concrete, and can lead diverse crews on challenging railway works across on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in civil engineering construction, preferably in major infrastructure projects involving earthworks, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete structures.
• Extensive experience as a Civil Works General Superintendent or equivalent senior site supervision position.
• Strong practical and hands-on knowledge of earthworks, excavation, backfilling, grading and drainage.
• Extensive experience in reinforced concrete construction, including foundations, columns and bridges.
• Ability to coordinate multiple construction fronts, subcontractors and heavy equipment on large projects.
• Strong leadership, safety, quality and cost-control focus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and supervise daily execution of civil works across multiple fronts.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, direct labor, subcontractors and equipment operators.
• Supervise earthworks, drainage, foundations, structures and temporary works.
• Coordinate concrete pouring, reinforcement installation and formwork cycles.
• Monitor progress, productivity and equipment utilization to meet targets.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and interfaces between disciplines.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs and QA/QC requirements.
