Job summary

ACCIONA Construction is seeking an experienced Building General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project in the Philippines. Reporting to the Station Construction Manager, you will lead the day-to-day organization, coordination and supervision of all building and architectural works on site to ensure safety, quality and timely execution.

You will oversee masonry, architectural finishes and MEP interfaces, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, and ensure compatibility with civil,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in building construction.
• Extensive experience as Building Foreman or similar senior site role.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, plastering, screeding, finishes.
• Good knowledge of MEP interfaces with architectural works.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Good command of English for daily international communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and supervise daily building works on site.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, labour and subcontractors across trades.
• Supervise finishing works including masonry, tiling, ceilings and finishes.
• Coordinate with MEP works (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Monitor progress, productivity and site safety.
