ACCIONA Construction seeks an experienced Civil Works General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project in the Philippines. The role reports to the Civil Construction Manager and oversees day‑to‑day organization, coordination and supervision of civil engineering works across earthworks, drainage, foundations, reinforced concrete structures and bridges.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in civil construction, strong leadership, English proficiency and a proven ability to manage

Competenze

Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in civil engineering construction.
Extensive experience in senior supervision roles on major infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and understand civil, structural, geotechnical and drainage drawings.

Mansioni

Organize, coordinate and supervise daily civil works across multiple fronts.
Coordinate foremen, supervisors, subcontractors and heavy equipment on site.
Supervise earthworks, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete activities.
Oversee structural elements, including bridges and viaducts, and temporary works.
Monitor progress, productivity and safety compliance on all fronts.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize manpower, machinery and materials.
