Job summary

ACCIONA Construction is seeking an experienced Building General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project in the Philippines. The role reports to the Station Construction Manager and requires day-to-day organization, coordination and supervision of all building and architectural works on site, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to the construction programme.

You will coordinate foremen, subcontractors and trades, manage interfaces with MEP works, and monitor progress to ensure

Qualifications

Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in building construction.
Extensive experience as Building General Foreman, General Foreman, Foreman or equivalent senior site supervision role.
Strong practical knowledge of building trades including masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, facades and finishes.
Good understanding of MEP interfaces with architectural and building works (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and supervise daily execution of all building works within the Station.
Coordinate foremen, supervisors, direct labour, subcontractors and trades involved in construction.
Supervise masonry, plastering, tiling, ceilings, finishes and architectural elements.
Coordinate building activities with MEP works and other services.
Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, method statements and procedures.
Monitor progress, productivity and site performance, and address delays.
