Job summary

ACCIONA Construction is seeking an experienced Building General Superintendent for the Malolos Clark Railway project in the Philippines. The role requires hands-on leadership to coordinate masonry, architectural, MEP interfaces and finishing works on site, ensuring safety, quality and timely completion.

The successful candidate will manage foremen, subcontractors and trades, align activities with the construction programme, review drawings and interfaces, and drive productivity while maintaining

Qualifications

Minimum 10–15 years of proven building construction experience.
Experience as a senior site supervisor (foreman level).
Strong knowledge of building trades, including masonry, finishes and MEP interfaces.
Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings and construction details.
Railway or large complex project exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and supervise daily site works.
Coordinate foremen, supervisors, direct labour, subcontractors and trades.
Supervise masonry, plastering, screeding, tiling, finishes and interfaces with MEP works.
Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and construction procedures.
Monitor progress, productivity and quality of workmanship on site.
Coordinate with HSE for safety requirements and site rules.
