Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience, including Australian businesses
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Director and external advisers across Australia and the Philippines
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across Australian entities including ledgers, reconciliations and payroll
• Prepare monthly financial statements and KPI reports; assist with BAS/GST compliance and cash flow monitoring
• Reconcile lender commissions and settlement reports; support EOFY processes
