Job summary

D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate (AU) to manage end-to-end Australia-based bookkeeping for multiple clients in a hybrid Manila setup. You will handle transaction processing, reconciliations, payroll, and monthly closes.

The ideal candidate has a BSA, at least 3 years of Australian client experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Xero. We offer comprehensive benefits, training, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Australian clients in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Proficient in Xero Accounting Software.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping for clients, including transaction processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, EFTPOS reconciliation, fixed assets, and payroll processing.
• Perform monthly close of books with balance sheet reconciliations and monthly reports.
• Prepare management reports for clients.
• Process payroll and superannuation.
• Prepare and lodge Activity Statements (BAS).
