Job summary

D2B in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper for a remote full-time role to manage daily financial transactions, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations while helping prepare financial reports.

The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, SAP), and able to ensure accuracy and compliance, with 1–3 years experience and familiarity with NZ or Australian accounts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience with NZ or Australian accounts is required.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers to analyze client financial information and structure loan applications.
• Provide guidance on lender policies to ensure compliance and optimal loan structuring.
• Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for PAYG, self-employed, SMSF and trust structures.
• Liaise with clients to gather documentation and clarify financial details.
• Liaise with lenders to meet lending guidelines and requirements.
• Review applications for compliance with lending criteria and regulatory requirements.
