Job summary

Beepo, an Australian-owned outsourcing company, invites applications for an AU Senior Bookkeeper based in Clark, Pampanga. This onsite, day-shift role covers end-to-end bookkeeping, including ARD/ARP, bank reconciliations, BAS, PAYG, and payroll support.

You will work with multiple entities, manage supplier invoices, and assist in payroll tax and reporting tasks, contributing to accurate monthly financial closes and records.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years bookkeeping experience preferred, especially in accounts payable.
• Preferably hold a recognized qualification in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Competent with numbers and basic accounting concepts; Xero knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle NAB ARD, ARP and CC transactions (entry into accounting system and reconciling to bank feeds).
• Assist in Payroll as required.
• Perform bank reconciliations for all entities.
• Prepare Monthly BAS and PAYG (ARD/ARP).
• Process creditor end-of-month payment batches and ARD claims.
• Assist with Payroll Tax and QLeave Annual Return as required.
• Manage Creditor statements reconciliation and supplier onboarding.
• Enter invoices into Databuild/MYOB and process payments.
• Support month-end data preparation and general record keeping.
