Job summary

Beepo, an Australian-owned outsourcing company, seeks an AU Senior Accountant to join our Clark, Pampanga office on site and day shift. The role handles reconciliations, ASIC payments, BAS assistance, payroll, and supplier invoicing, using Xero and MS Office.

You will work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and strong compliance for Australian entities, in an offshore setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Australian accounting, including reconciliations, payroll, AR/AP.
• Xero experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore setting with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage Reconcile email to reconcile credit card transactions, assign to a project & action emails daily.
• Manage Admin email and action emails daily.
• Admin email receives invoices that need to be linked and processed monthly in each respective Xero file
• Manage ASIC payments for all companies/entities
• Assistance with BAS in drive
• Assisting the Project Manager in data collection for cashflow projection
• Accounts payable for other non-trading entities
• Reconciling other entities
• Xero Audits - Reconciling & actioning meeting minutes
• Bank statements for all entities: save in drive and update spreadsheet
• Bank transfers & Loan Repayments - Ensure enough funds in direct debit account, otherwise advise MD
• Other admin related tasks

• Assisting in drafting up Purchase Orders
