Job summary

Beepo Inc. in Clark, Pampanga, is hiring an AU Assistant Accountant to support accounts payable, payroll, and closing activities in a hybrid day-shift role.

You will work with the finance team to process invoices in Xero, reconcile ledgers, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis, while maintaining high accuracy and strong English communication. This position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume accounts payable and payroll.
• Strong English and Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with XERO payroll and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify, classify, and record accounts payable transactions from mailbox to Xero entities, then ensure accurate entry in Xero and submission to Approvalmax.
• Enter invoices in expected month (based on Closing timelines sent by CCA team).
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements, ensuring all bills and payments are properly recorded.
• Investigate and identify discrepancies.
• Add new suppliers where needed and let CCA team know for check and adding bank details.
• Generate and maintain reports on accounts payable status.
• Ensure proper allocation of expenses across accounts and cost centres.
• Payroll transactional support as/if needed.
• Revenue reconciliation (reports being drawn from our billing system, direct control). Map these reports to Xero account lines (type of revenue) and raise the invoice in Xero to match total revenue (done workday 2-3).
• Bank reconciliation (payments applied to invoices).
• Intercompany reconciliation (we use MAYDAY to check and balance this).
• Petty cash reconciliation.
• Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and project work.
• Contribute to the integration of systems and process improvements.
