Job summary

Beepo is seeking an AU Accountant to join our Clark, Pampanga-based team. This role focuses on Australian accounting tasks, including BAS/IAS, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end postings, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will streamline processes by using Odoo for batch payments and automate remittance allocations from multiple marketplaces, while supporting monthly and year-end reporting and reconciliations. This position offers remote work with day shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Australian accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience in BAS & IAS preparation, AP/AR, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Proficient with MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics Navision; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Automate and streamline accounts payable using batch processing in Odoo.
• Prepare weekly AP payments for review.
• Automate customer payment receipts and remittance from marketplaces on Mirakl.
• Handle recurring monthly journals and month-end postings (accruals, prepayments, depreciation).
• Prepare reports for sales commissions, rebates, marketplace commissions, BAS and payroll tax lodgements.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist with year-end reconciliations for external accountants.
