The role requires proven healthcare sales experience, a robust local network, and a strong track record of closing enterprise deals in a fast-paced startup environment. Remote-friendly role with regional impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in Philippines healthcare (hospitals, clinics, or pharma).
• Senior-level network with decision makers (CEOs, CMOs, Medical Directors, Heads of IT, Procurement) in healthcare.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue/ARR targets and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, owning the full cycle from prospecting through contracting and closing.
• Hunt for new opportunities via outbound outreach while qualifying and converting inbound leads.
• Partner with healthcare leaders to reimagine workflows and transform patient care through AI and automation.
• Represent Bot MD at industry events, sharing market insights and facilitating smooth post-contract handovers.
