Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Sales Specialist to promote and sell its solutions through the bank's branches. You will build strong relationships with bank officers, cross-sell products, and drive bancassurance leads while ensuring timely policy servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Proven sales experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and upsell identified products to the bank's customer base.
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with bank officers and staff to generate bancassurance leads.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor.
