Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join the bancassurance team. You will promote products, build rapport with bank branches, and generate leads from the bank's customer base.

Responsibilities include cross-selling, coordinating with back office for policy servicing and claims, and providing timely reports and market intelligence. This role observes Philippine holidays and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell products to the bank's customer base.
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with bank officers and staff in assigned branches to generate bancassurance leads and business.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor.
