BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking an energetic sales professional in Cavite to promote bancassurance products with our bank partners. You will solicit new business, build strong branch relationships and ensure timely servicing and reporting. The role offers a clear path to growth and competitive incentives.

The position emphasizes meeting weekly updates with managers, learning campaigns, and contributing to the overall financial security of Filipino families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Strong experience in sales.

Responsabilités

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products to the bank’s customer base.
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with branch officers and staff to generate bancassurance leads and business.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, campaigns, competitors, and bank partners.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager and Relationship Managers for updates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
