Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Bancassurance sales professional to promote and grow policy sales across its bank partner network.

You will build strong relationships with branch staff, solicit new business, upsell products, and coordinate with back office for servicing and claims, while reporting progress to branch managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Strong experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business; cross-sell and up-sell products to the bank's customer base.
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with bank officers and staff in assigned branches to generate bancassurance leads and business.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor.
