Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a driven Bancassurance Sales Associate to promote and grow bancassurance leads within the bank's customer base.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and at least 2 years in insurance or bancassurance sales. You will collaborate with bank officers, support policy servicing, and contribute to campaign efforts and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum 2 years of insurance or bancassurance sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products to the bank's customers.
• Establish and grow relationships with bank officers and staff to generate bancassurance leads.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports promptly.
• Provide field intelligence on products, campaigns, competitors and the bank partner.
• Report and meet with managers for production updates and campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by supervisor.
